1. Talk to Hetman Olvyne Llothro in Almas Thirr about the Bloodstone Pilgrimage.
2. Go to the Bloodstone Shrine at the Monastery of St. Veloth.
3. Return to Hetman Llothro.

Detailed Walkthrough

Asking any member of the Temple in Almas Thirr about the Bloodstone Pilgrimage will result in being directed to speak with Hetman Olvyne Llothro to begin this quest. She lives on the west side of the city, on the bridge.

Hetman Llothro will provide you with shoes to wear (or cloth strips in the case of beast races). You must put on the footwear within the Hetman's house, and keep it on until reaching the shrine on the other side of the city.

Upon moving with the footwear, you will receive messages referring to a stone or piece of glass digging into your foot, leading to the loss of health and fatigue. Walking while wearing the shoes will cause the loss of a small amount of health and fatigue, while running or jumping results in the loss of greater amounts of health and fatigue. All damage can be avoided by levitation.

Upon reaching the shrine, you will notice a small red stone falls to the ground near your feet. Pick up the Bloodstone and offer it at the shrine to complete the pilgrimage, after which the footwear will do no further harm. Return to Hetman Llothro, who will be pleased with your success, requesting that you send more pilgrims her way while requesting you don't "spoil it for them".

Notes

• If you remove the footwear at any time before offering the Bloodstone at the shrine, you must return to the Hetman's house, don the footwear, and begin again.
• This quest may be made easier by the use of levitation or by judicious use of Mark and Recall.

70		As I reached the Bloodstone Shrine, a red pebble appeared near the wound on my foot.
100		I have left the Bloodstone as an offering, thus completing the Pilgrimage of the Bloodstone Shrine. I should tell Hetman Llothro about this.
110	Finishes quest	Hetman Llothro commended me for completing the Bloodstone Pilgrimage. She said that I am now eligible to receive duties from Lloris Dalan. She can be found in the Canalworks Temple.
