Detailed Walkthrough

Illene Teloth is in the Office of Intercession, located in the plaza of Almas Thirr. She has received a letter from the infirmary at Serynthul, and needs you to go there and assist the healers. Serynthul is most easily accessed by heading directly east from the southern gate of Old Ebonheart. Alternatively, take the east road from Dondril, then go left and then right at the two forks in the road.

Speaking to Alv Llethros reveals that a mad Ordinator, Llevari Uvelar, has escaped. Leave Serynthul, and follow the path east of it, across the two rope bridges. Llevari Uvelar is at the end of the second, and not quite herself. Insisting on her throwing you into the gorge, or on her returning to the infirmary will ultimately turn her hostile. If this happens, the Scroll of the First Council provided by Alv Llethros can be used to calm Llevari down and restart the conversation.

Allowing Llevari to inspect your tongue has a chance of turning her hostile (in which case, use the scroll) or alternatively, of having her agree to escort your insane mind back to Serynthul. If hostile, Llevari may also be lured back to Serynthul, simply by running back to it as she chases you. Speaking to Illene Teloth once she is inside Serynthul will complete the quest.

10		Illene Teloth has received a letter from the Temple infirmary of Serynthul. They are requesting our aid. I should go to the infirmary and speak with Alv Llethros, the healer in charge of the place. Serynthul is located north of Almas Thirr, a mile east of Old Ebonheart.
20		Alv Llethros told me that an insane Ordinator of War, Llevari Uvelar, escaped from Serynthul. Llethros thinks that Uvelar mustn't have gotten very far. I should look for her in the nearby area and persuade her to return to the infirmary.
30		Llevari Uvelar wants to accompany me to Serynthul. She thinks that I'm insane and in need of treatment.
40		I've successfully brought Llevari Uvelar back to the infirmary of Serynthul. I should let Alv Llethros know of this.
50	Finishes quest	Alv Llethros thanked me for bringing the mad Ordinator safely back to Serynthul. He gave me some healing potions as a reward. Illene Teloth probably has some more duties for me.
60		Llevari Uvelar is dead.
70	Finishes quest	Alv Llethros wasn't happy to hear that Llevari Uvelar had died. He gave me no reward. Illene Teloth probably has some more duties for me.

100		Llevari Uvelar attacked me. I could try to calm her down and speak to her again. However, since she's now chasing me, I could also use this opportunity to lure her back to Serynthul.
